What is Biomagnetic Pair Therapy?
Biomagnetism or Biomagnetic Pair Therapy (BPT) is a therapy that was developed by Dr. Isaac Goiz, a medical doctor from Mexico. Dr. Goiz discovered that when the body has an imbalance in the pH, it can cause certain symptoms and also can be corrected by the placement of magnets in pairs. This therapy has been developed and used around the globe for nearly 30 years. Over the last 27 years, Dr. Goiz has treated thousands of patients and identified over 300 potential biomagmetic pairs.
Due to pathogens, certain anatomical areas of the body become either acidic or alkaline and lose their balanced pH. A balanced pH would be considered "neutral" or in range at a pH of 7.0...neither acidic nor alkaline. Using the therapy Dr Goiz teaches, we can find and locate these imbalances and change the body's pH of these areas, thereby neutralizing the imbalance and bringing back the neutrality of the body area to that of a normal pH. Once the body has gained a normal pH to these areas, it begins to heal and clean up the pathogenic load that was just neutralized causing the imbalance. This is why the body may experience a detox effect.

A session consists of the client laying on a table, fully clothed, and the therapist will scan for imbalances using their feet and legs. When an imbalance is found, a pair of magnets will be placed in certain anatomical areas to correct the imbalance. The magnets will remain on the client for 15-20 minutes. The session usually lasts anywhere from 60-90 minutes.
What are the side effects of Biomagnetic Pair Therapy?
Some noted side effects that may be experienced is usually fatigue and sometimes a detoxification reaction that may last 1-3 days (and in rare cases 5) days after treatment. Detoxification symptoms may include headache, muscle/joint ache, fever, diarrhea, cough or nasal congestion, vomiting, rash, flu-like symptoms.
What symptoms may be treated?
Virtually any symptom may possibly be treated with this therapy. Since this therapy addresses the body's pH and not a direct disease, this therapy has been useful in alleviating many symptoms regardless the disease.
Lyme Disease and its associated symptoms has been successfully treated with this therapy. Currently, at this location, this is the main complaint of many of the clients being treated as Jill is training/certifying in the Lyme Magnetic Protocol taught by Joan Randall.
Is this the same as magnet therapy?
No. Magnet therapy is at best a palliative therapy. BPT addresses imbalances of the body's pH and brings a balance back to the body, thus allowing the body to heal itself. This balance creates an environment where pathogens can not survive and the body can restore its natural functions.
Are there any contraindications to BPT?
Yes, those with pacemakers, those that are pregnant, and those that have received chemotherapy or radiation should not be treated.
Will BPT affect any of my other treatment modalities?
No, BPT is a complementary therapy and can be used in adjunct with any other treatment modality except for chemotherapy and/or radiation and some forms of acupuncture.

What do I need to bring to a therapy session?
