To answer this with just one supplement is hard when few people understand the basis of the nutritional burden that MOST people's bodies are under from their diet.
FOODS are the most important supplements. NUTRIENT DENSE FOODS are the most important "supplements" ever. Don't get me wrong, we do believe in taking certain supplements in my family, but the MAIN portion of your nutritional load and ours should be consumed through nutritious foods, sacred foods.
I think there are many supplements to adjunct a healthy diet, to compensate for years of nutritional diet deficiencies and/or soil deficiencies etc., but IF you LEARN the proper nutritional NEEDS of your body, you will begin to understand why supplements are just that - a supplement to a healthy diet and not necessarily a cure-all. Supplements need to be second to a main focus of nutritional eating.
Why all the talk from me about high-vitamin cod liver oils, activator X, vitamin K2, high vitamin butter oils, organ meats, raw milk .... SUPPLEMENTS or FOODS?
Teeth remineralization, slowed degeneration, bone healing, healed dental caries, and much MORE...from FOOD?
YES! From FOOD!
This was the life's work of Dr. Weston A. Price! Over 60 years ago, he found that when treating patients with certain foods, sacred foods, that their bodies responded with HEALING!
This is HUGE. This is why the Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) has continued in the dissemination of his work 60 years later after his discoveries. If you could heal a cavity, heal a bone fracture, turn back the clock on degeneration in your body, wouldn't you want to do that?
That is WHY I am so adamant about the research and the studies of the WAPF today.
We now know that the elusive X-factor that Dr. Price found is vitamin K2...found primarily in good quality butter from grass fed-cows, or in high-vitamin butter oil, fat from grass-fed animals, cheeses from grass-fed animals, duck or goose livers, and in high-vitamin cod liver oils.
Dr. Price also found that when he gave his patients cod liver oil along with high-vitamin butter oil (a process that by centrifuge yields a higher nutritional density of butter's qualities than just plain butter-although good quality butter is still valued) that a SYNERGY took place and the healing was quicker than one supplement or food alone.
Dr. Price studied the diets of people from around the world to determine the most nutrient dense foods and what we call sacred foods of today. This research is invaluable and yet so overlooked by most doctors and nutritionists today.
Raw milk, grass-fed meats and organ meats, animal fats, raw cheeses, lacto-fermented vegetables, properly prepared grains, bone broths, cod liver oils...keep these FOODS in your diet to SUPPLEMENT better health.
The best high-vitamin cod liver oils to take or the best high-vitamin butter oils to take are hands down Green Pasture Products. They are at the moment the only company who practices the traditional manufacturing of these foods, whereby containing the NATURAL VITAMINS in the oils verses adding SYNTHETIC vitamins in the oils. Think this would make a difference in your body? Absolutely.

We have to fight for the freedom to maintain the health of our society from money hungry corporations and laws infringing on our rights to obtain these sacred foods that have such healing properties to our bodies...it is a shame and an outcry!
