Monosodium Glutamate is dangerous. Why? Cause it is hidden in so many foods insidiously AND it is a known neuro-toxin!
MSG is disguised in many foods under names other than monosodium glutamate, be a detective and read your labels!
Maufacturers get away with MSG in their foods and not labeling it as such because if an ingredient they use in a product has a processed free forming glutamic acid (thereby known as MSG) but they did not actually add "MSG" itself, they can label the food as "MSG free" when in actuality it DOES contain MSG.

- Senomyx (wheat extract labeled as artificial flavor)

- Yeast food or nutrient
