Flackers!

Hats off to Dr. Allison Levitt M.D., who has created these healthy and amazingly good crackers!  

Actually, though they are Flackers 

Made with wholesome ingredients and loaded with nutrition and fiber from flax.

Flax seeds are a rich source of omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and plant lignans.  I have made a similar cracker at home using flax seeds, water, and seasonings with my dehydrator, but I will tell you, these Flackers are a much easier option!  Organic ingredients, gluten free, and naturally sugar fee!

Now, you have a healthy option to use with your dips and snacks.
