Stressed??!!

Feeling Stressed?
While watching the election results tonight, I
thought now would be a good time to mention a "tid bit" on STRESS!
If
you are often feeling stressed it would be a good idea to make sure you
are getting enough of your B vitamins. A Complex B vitamin supplement
would be ideal.
Also, adding a small amount of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
to your daily intake would help meet your body's demand for some of
these nutrients. Nutritional Yeast is easy to find at most health food
stores and very easy to use as well. I find the flakes quite tasty in
most of my cooking. Shake some flakes on ground beef while cooking and
it will add a slight cheesy flavor.
Add it to eggs, chicken,
vegetables, soups, popcorn, mashed potatoes, grits, almost anything! It is tasty and a super
easy way to boost your and your family's B-vitamin intake. :)
