What is Integrative Medicine?
Integrative Medicine is different than the conventional Western medicine approach in that it attempts to include a "treat the whole-person" approach.
Integrative medicine can include such alternative treatments such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, biofeedback, thermographic imagery, nutritional supplementation among many other treatment modalities specific to an area of care.
Most integrative medicine practitioners take more of a holistic health care approach and can be sometimes referred to as holistic medicine providers too.
